COVID-19

The goal of social distancing is to limit exposure and preventing spread among people in community settings. What these actions look like at the community level will vary depending on local conditions and rules.

As part of our COVID-19 response planning, we will make the necessary adjustments in order to minimize the spread of the virus. Since the festival is entirely an outdoor event, following social distance guidelines should be easy. During the festival, the event encourages all volunteers and exhibitors, as well as the general public, to wear masks and adhere to the 6-foot social distancing recommendations. Additionally, we ask all exhibitors to provide hand sanitizer at their booths and that everyone (attendees, staff, volunteers, etc.) utilize hand sanitizing stations throughout the event. All restrooms will have hand sanitizing stations, and everyone is strongly encouraged to utilize them each time the facilities are used.

For participants in the main stage area, each individual is instructed to remain greater than six (6) feet apart from other individuals/groups throughout the entirety of the concerts. Attendees are welcome to bring their own chairs. No coolers or drinks may be brought in.
Although the risk of severe illness may be different for everyone, anyone can get and spread the virus. Everyone has their role to play in slowing the spread and protecting themselves, their families, and their community. By visiting the festival, guests and participants voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to the virus.
