Please note that participation is required for the full duration of both event days, and early breakdown is strictly prohibited—violations may result in exclusion from future events. All exhibitor spaces are sold as 10×10 units, and all activities and displays must remain within your assigned space. The application fee is processed upon receipt of your application. If approved by the Committee, you will receive an acceptance email, at which point your booth fee will be due. All fees are non-refundable.
